Training and Events
Training in CST is important in ensuring that it is delivered in a standardised, person-centred and effective way. A review of CST in Evidence-Based Mental Health ( 11 ) suggested that:
"It would be of significant benefit if (the authors) could train caregivers and staff of long-term care facilities in order that the programmes would become a standard of care for dementia".
