Cost Effectiveness
A cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted in conjunction with researchers at the London School of Economics (LSE) (5).
CST was shown to be more cost-effective than usual care when looking at benefits in cognition and quality of life. There is also some evidence that it might be more cost effective than dementia medication. Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of a psychological intervention is a novel approach.
