Accessing CST

Where can I access CST groups?

Many NHS trusts in the UK routinely offer CST to people with dementia - an audit in 2015 by the Memory Services National Accreditation Programme suggested that this was around 85%. If you have been diagnosed with dementia and are interested in attending a session, you should contact your local NHS Memory Service, who will be able to advise you further.

CST is also provided by charity and community groups including Age UK and Memory Matters South West.

Can I access CST outside of the UK?

CST is now used globally, with work ongoing in at least 34 countries, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Italy, Japan, Nepal, New Zealand, Nigeria, Phillipines, Portugal, South Africa, South Korea, Tanzania and Turkey.
