CST in Practice

CST is an adaptable approach which can benefit a wide range of people with dementia and be offered longer-term. There are numerous NHS trusts in the UK which are routinely offering CST to people with dementia - an audit by the Memory Services National Accreditation Programme suggested that this was around 66%.
